Job Criteria
|
Graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the social development /banking sector.

Job Responsibilities
|
- Advise new areas for the expansion of operations.
- Conduct Planning meetings in the branch and sets daily (opening and closing) weekly and monthly disbursement and recovery targets.
- Achieves daily and monthly targets of the branch with the team.
- Monitor daily work plans of LOs and provide them necessary support to ensure their daily targets
- Makes appraisal of business sites and cash flow entries for 100%
- Rectification of Audit, Compliance and Risk observations.
- Keep all the loan application forms in his/her custody.
- Physically disburse loans to the clients with Accounts officer of the branch
- Maintain number of clients as per trajectory defined at his/her field office.
- Ensure safety measures and maintenance of office furniture, equipment & ensure that office property is not mis-utilized.
- Collect and compile the activity reports from his/her staff on daily basis.
- Spell out any capacity building requirements to improve staff efficiency as per TNA.
- Facilitate the Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk teams to undertake periodic internal audit and provide required documents and information demanded by the internal auditors.
- Compile Quarterly Performance Appraisal of the staff working under him/her
- Recommend corrective action, transfer, promotion or termination of staff working under him/her.
- Assign equal portfolio among all Loan Officers, Ensure staff retention. Ensure sustainability of field office
- Refrain from defamation, instigation and scandalous activities against the organization.

Job Criteria
|
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in handling the affairs pertaining to personnel records, compensation and benefits and other administrative work.

Job Responsibilities
|
- Assist the Manager HR Section / Regional Manager in the matters pertaining to Human Resources and Personnel of the organization.
- Complete the personal records of all employees and forward to HO.
- Advertise the various vacancies available in the Region.
- Organize tests and interviews of the candidates.
- Also carrying out field interview campaigns and advertising, arranging for all essentials needed for the recruitment drive.
- Provide professional assistance and guidance to area office and field office staff for training and capacity building initiatives.
- Identifying the various training needs of the staff and the communities through Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
- Conduct the various training and capacity building programs of the Region.
- Responsible for submitting monthly and quarterly reports of training workshops, exposure visits and other capacity building endeavors.

Job Responsibilities
|
Responsible for/to
- Open 2 bank accounts in the name of DAMEN in closest vicinity of field office.
- Appoint loan officer at field office and select new areas for the expansion of operations.
- Organize periodic planning meetings with staff to set targets for the expansion of work.
- Organize Loan Approval Committee meetings on weekly basis and compile a final list of the approved and rejected loans and hand over one copy to the Area Manager.
- Maintain 2400-2500 clients at his/her field office.
- Deposit all cash collected in the day in the “Credit Account” of the field office within the banking hours.
- Submit weekly loan request from, list of loans disbursed, summary of loans disbursed and recovery on bi-monthly basis, consolidated fund wise statement of loans disbursed and collected with break-up of principle and mark-up during the month along with cheques of principle and mark-up, receipt and payment statement, list of stuck-up loans on monthly basis, request for printed stationery for the quarter, information on the death of client along with required documents and any other document required by the area manager.

Accounts Officer (Field Office - Dhamke)

Job Criteria
|
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences/Commerce with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the social development /banking sector.

Job Responsibilities
|
- Responsible for collection of installments from the clients in the premises of the field office, issuing recovery receipts, making entry in the client book and in the daily recovery sheet.
- Responsible to get all the recovery receipts, daily recovery sheet and voucher counter signed by the Field Manager and not collect any installment from any client after the banking hours on the given day.
- Hand over all the cash collected in the day to the Accounts Officer along with the copy of the receipts issued to the clients on the day to be deposited in the “Credit Account” of the field office within the banking hours.
- Ensure that the amount handed over to the field manager to be deposited in bank reconciles with the total of installments collected appearing in the daily recovery sheet and the total of all receipts issued on that day. If there is variance, a note signed by the field manager and accountant should be attached with the daily recovery sheet along with the bank deposit slip and the green copy of the receipts issued on that date.
- Input all transactions in the MIS and generate reports as required by the Field Manager from time to time.
