Job Criteria
|
16 years of education or equivalent with specialization in Finance and minimum three years of experience in financial management and office administration.
|
Job Responsibilities
|
- Coordination with Administration department for maintaining of attendance of security guards, maintenance of log books of vehicle under the regional office, Area office, Field offices and appraisal and risk officers& Preparation of fuel-efficient statement on monthly basis.
- Ensuring that all fixed assets are safely kept and are tagged.
- Coordinating the procurements of goods and services as per need of the regional office, Area offices and Field offices in the region as per procurement policy.
- Making administrative arrangements for trainings, meetings, and functions.
- Liaison with Internal and External Auditors and other Monitoring personal of lenders and regulators.
- Coordinate with Field offices and Head office for timely processing of fund requests.
- Provision of Financial reports/ data.

Job Criteria
|
Intermediate degree with a minimum of 1 year working experience in social sector.

Job Responsibilities
|
- To recover the NPLs from the assigned clients of the branch.
- To regularly visit clients for follow up of defaulting clients.
- To compile report on the meetings with the clients
- To seek guidance from Field Manager and Assistant Manager – SAM.
- To deal with all matters relating to police station and DPO offices.
- To assist the Assistant Manager - SAM regarding attending all proceedings of court.
- To keep record of all matters relating court and recovery of overdue loans and presenting the same before concerned officers on monthly basis.
- To assists the Assistant Manager - SAM in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- To spell out any capacity building requirements to improve his/her efficiency to the Assistant Manager - SAM.
- To maintain discipline at the field office.
