Job Criteria
|
Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences with 10 years of experience in software development and implantation.

Job Responsibilities
|
- Work in close collaboration with “Assistant Manager I.T (Support) - Head Office for providing active support of hardware, networking, software and DSP’s MIS to Area, Field Offices and region office of his respective region.
- Maintenance of computers and other I.T related equipment at region, area and field office levels and provide support to the staff in managing their day-to-day problems related to efficient usage of computers and information technology.
- Provide support to area/field staff in smooth operation of PMN-CIB and insurance related issues in collaboration with “CIB Officer - Head Office”.
- Provide DSP’s I.T related trainings to newly hired staff of respective offices in region.
- Work closely with Region and Area staff (AMs, ACs) for up-keeps of internet connectivity and arrangement of backup internet devices for all offices of the region and maintains inventory.

Assistant Manager Administration & Finance (Region III Vehari)

Job Criteria
|
16 years of education or equivalent with specialization in Finance and minimum three years of experience in financial management and office administration.

Job Responsibilities
|
- Provision of Financial reports/ data as per need of the Regional Manager.
- Book keeping for the regional office.
- Coordinate with Field offices and Head office for timely processing of fund requests.
- Ensuring that correct bank reconciliations statements are made on monthly basis by regional office, Area office and Field offices.
- Ensuring that Loan Tracking System data is reconciled with Financial Information System and corrections/ adjustments are made on timely basis specifically for the following heads:
- Inter office ledger accounts
- Outstanding Loan Portfolio
- Service Charge Income and Insurance & Documentation fee
- Liaison with Internal and External Auditors and other Monitoring personal of lenders and regulators.
- Coordinating the procurements of goods and services as per need of the regional office, Area offices and Field offices in the region as per procurement policy.
- Ensuring that all fixed assets are safely kept and are tagged.
- Coordination with Administration department for maintaining of attendance of security guards, maintenance of log books of vehicle under the regional office, Area office, Field offices and appraisal and risk officers& Preparation of fuel-efficient statement on monthly basis.
- Making administrative arrangements for trainings, meetings, and functions.
- Any other task assigned by Regional Manager or Finance and Admin Department of Head office.

Job Criteria
|
Intermediate with a minimum of 1-year working experience in the social/ financial sector.

Job Responsibilities
|
- Assist the field manager in identification of new areas for the expansion of operations of field office.
- Identify potential clients (as per trajectory defined) in his/her area keeping in view the selection criteria laid down in the manual.
- Meets his/her daily and monthly recovery and disbursement targets.
- Shares daily progress with FM against his/her daily targets.
- Filling of loan application form, GPS marking, conduct business and social appraisals of 100% clients by visiting their business sites and houses.
- Compile the appraisal report and give recommendations for the approval/rejection of loan based on her/his appraisal.
- Inform the clients to induct new members in the group in case of group loan, the loan request of the members has been rejected and the group size falls below 3.
- Conducts follow up the delinquent clients and recovers stuck-up loans in his/her area.
- Ensures compliance with DSP policies in her/his work jurisdiction.
- Inform the field office about the death or change of residence of any client in her/his portfolio. Also ensures timely submission of death certificate to FM/AM so that it can be shared with HO.
- Participation in opening and closing meetings at Field Office.
- Spell out any capacity-building requirements to improve her/his efficiency to the Field Manager.
- Ensures facilitation of customers at branch or field level.

|
Job Criteria
|
Matric certificate or equivalent with 5 years experience of Driving in the Field with LTV License.

Job Responsibilities
|
- Assisting the Administration Officer in undertaking various operations & maintenance of vehicles.
- All POL consumed mileage covered, and other expenditure incurred on vehicles shall be properly recorded in individual logbooks maintained with the vehicle.
- It will be the responsibility of the driver to ensure that the vehicle logbook is signed and expenditure incurred on repairs and maintenance is recorded in the logbook and verified by him/her.
- The main Responsibility of a driver is to check oil, lubricant, and different parts of the vehicle on daily basis.
- It is the responsibility of the driver to drive safely and park the vehicle at Damen Support Programme premises at nighttime.
- Enjoy leaves upon approval from the Administration Officer. According to the rules of the organization.
- To carry the official equipment from one place to other.
- To carry the official equipment and documents from one place to other and get the receipt / Receiving
- To assist in either shifting of office or displacement of office equipment from one place to another
- To perform the duties of office boy and security guard if needed.
- To stay at night in the office if needed (Overtime will be as per office policy).
