Job Criteria
|
Graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the social development /banking sector.
|
Job Responsibilities
|
- Advise new areas for the expansion of operations.
- Conduct Planning meetings in the branch and sets daily (opening and closing) weekly and monthly disbursement and recovery targets.
- Achieves daily and monthly targets of the branch with the team.
- Monitor daily work plans of LOs and provide them necessary support to ensure their daily targets
- Makes appraisal of business sites and cash flow entries for 100%
- Rectification of Audit, Compliance and Risk observations.
- Keep all the loan application forms in his/her custody.
- Physically disburse loans to the clients with Accounts officer of the branch
- Maintain number of clients as per trajectory defined at his/her field office.
- Ensure safety measures and maintenance of office furniture, equipment & ensure that office property is not mis-utilized.
- Collect and compile the activity reports from his/her staff on daily basis.
- Spell out any capacity building requirements to improve staff efficiency as per TNA.
- Facilitate the Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk teams to undertake periodic internal audit and provide required documents and information demanded by the internal auditors.
- Compile Quarterly Performance Appraisal of the staff working under him/her
- Recommend corrective action, transfer, promotion or termination of staff working under him/her.
- Assign equal portfolio among all Loan Officers, Ensure staff retention. Ensure sustainability of field office
- Refrain from defamation, instigation and scandalous activities against the organization.
