Position

Assistant Manager Monitoring (Gujranwala, Toba Tek Singh, Hasilpur)

Job Criteria

Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in the banking/social sector

Job Responsibilities

Field Monitoring

  • Physically monitoring the delinquent clients (OD 01-29 Days) for recovery
    follow-up and identifying the reasons for delinquency. At least 10 clients should be visited on a sample basis.
  • Physically monitoring the stuck-up loans (OD 60 & above) for recovery follow-up and identifying the reasons for default. At least 10 clients should be visited on a sample basis
  • Physically visit fresh disbursed clients to check the correctness of entries
    mentioned on Loan documents. At least 10 clients should be visited on a sample basis.

Documentation

  • Check all documentation of credit cases is as per policy. Identify any gaps and rectify them through concerned staff.
  • Check Recoveries Receipts inventory and utilization.
  • Check payment & Receipt voucher
  • Monitor Fixed Assets as per register, movement & disposal.
  • Monitor LAC proceedings.
  • Check stuck up clients' follow-up register is updated and rectify the gaps on   the spot

Branch Activity Report

  • Monitor daily branch closing & opening.
  • Monitor staff-approved work plans
  • Physically verify all complaints received against staff from the field or RM/AM, and propose action to Sr. Manager Monitoring for the conclusion.
  • Check branch has copies of health claims of customers and claims are being processed on time.
  • Identify all potential risks and report to Sr. Manager Monitoring to take measures to mitigate any future risk.
  • Check AML/CFT policies have adhered in true spirit and manner.
  • Trend Analysis of Human Resources. (Staff Availability, any issue)
