Job Criteria

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) OR a Bachelor in Computer Sciences (4-years) from   a reputable and recognized Institute with 2 to 3 years of work experience as an IS Auditor/software programmer.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Examine internal IT controls and evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of controls and develop remediation strategies.
  2. Review IT Governance & Process including IT Organization, Audit Logging & Monitoring and BCP.
  3. Identify and respond to all system and/or network security breaches.
  4. Review of IT Security arrangements in terms of plan, implement, monitor, and upgrade security measures for the protection of the organization’s data, systems, and networks.
  5. Test and identify network and system vulnerabilities and recommend counteractive strategies to protect the network.
  6. Conduct efficient and effective functional review of the system.
  7. Communicate complex technical issues in simplified terms to the relevant staff.
  8. Perform regular audit testing and provide recommendations.
  9. Review, evaluate, and test application controls.
  10. Provide recommendations and guidance IT Services and Operations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and organize audit programs pertaining to the Management Audit.
  2. Formulate and implement standardized audit procedures.
  3. Audit Planning, evaluating and monitoring of various financial and operational activities in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
  4. Supervise the branch audit team and assist to conclude audit assignments.
  5. Assist the audit team for planning and risk assessment relating to audit assignments.
  6. Ensured the achievement of detailed audit work plan by performing assignment related to this position.
  7. Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational activities
  8. Identify and assess business risks and evaluate systems of controls.
  9. Provide audit periodic audit reports on quarterly and annual basis as to progress on audit findings.
  10. Recommendations for improvement in processes and appropriate cost-effective internal control.

Field/Branch Manager (Haroonabad, Haveli Lakha, Toba Tek Singh)

Job Criteria

Graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the social development /banking sector.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Advise new areas for the expansion of operations.
  2. Conduct Planning meetings in the branch and sets daily (opening and closing) weekly and monthly disbursement and recovery targets.
  3. Achieves daily and monthly targets of the branch with the team.
  4. Monitor daily work plans of LOs and provide them necessary support to ensure their daily targets.
  5. Makes appraisal of business sites and cash flow entries for 100%
  6. Rectification of Audit, Compliance and Risk observations.
  7. Organize Loan Approval Committee (LAC) meetings of each loan regularly
  8. Keep all the loan application forms in his/her custody.
  9. Physically disburse loans to the clients with Accounts officer of the branch.
  10. Maintain number of clients as per trajectory defined at his/her field office.
  11. Share list of stuck-up loans on monthly basis, request for printed stationery for the quarter, information on the death of client along with required documents and any other document required by the area manager and also ensure follow-up on deceased cases of the Field Office for timely settlement.
  12. Ensure safety measures and maintenance of office furniture, equipment & ensure that office property is not mis-utilized.
  13. Collect and compile the activity reports from his/her staff on daily basis.
  14. Facilitate the Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk teams to undertake periodic internal audit and provide required documents and information demanded by the internal auditors.
  15. Compile Quarterly Performance Appraisal of the staff working under him/her
  16. Maintain discipline at the field office and timely reporting should be ensured to AM about any abnormal situation.
  17. Recommend corrective action, transfer, promotion or termination of staff working under him/her.
  18. Assign equal portfolio among all Loan Officers
  19. Ensure sustainability of field office
  20. Periodic review of mapping zoning of assigned portfolio of Los
  21. Ensure that loan tagging of branch is corrected and no loan is tagged to any irrelevant employee.
  22. Refrain from defamation, instigation and scandalous activities against the organization.

  5. Prepare reports of all the verified records weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
