Job Criteria

Master’s Degree with 8 years of experience of carrying out TNA and organizing trainings workshops.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) and Annual Training Plan (ATP)
  2. Prepare and conduct trainings of field staff
  3. Facilitate the Head of Departments and Operations department to organize different trainings
  4. Capacity building of Junior Professionals (JPs) with the coordination of Operations department
  5. Explore different external trainings and send nominations of staff
  6. Design different training modules.
  7. Prepare training budget plan, training reports and training feedback analysis
  8. Maintain training records (soft & hard form)
  9. Conduct different skill training and sessions for the community
  10. Prepare presentation for MCM
  11. Responsible for ECIB of staff
  12. Discharge special responsibilities assigned by the Manager HR.
