Job Criteria
|
Master's Degree in Social Sciences/MBA with 8-10 years of experience in the field of social development or financial institutions preferably dealing with social/economic sector programs at a community level.
|
Job Responsibilities
|
- Planning formulation and implementation of operations at Area and Field Offices.
- Liaison with the Head Office operations team to implement policies of the organization and provide strategic direction to staff for running the operations.
- Furnish daily and monthly activity reports to GM Operations.
- Maintain monthly performance records of Area offices.
- Approve and furnish requests from area offices for release of funds to finance section & ensure funds are transferred in time and ensure that all due funds (recoveries or any other receipts) are received by the head office finance section on time.
- Impart trainings and capacity building exercises for the staff involved in managing operations at the field and area level.
- Make regular visits to the field and area offices to assess the quality of work and identify various gaps in operation and suggest methods and activities to overcome the issues to Manager Operations.
- Assist in hiring process in coordination with Assistant Manager HR.
- Communicate observations made by Internal Auditors, Risk or Compliance on records of field offices to the concerned Area Manager & make suggestions for improvement in standard of performance.
- Conduct quarterly performance appraisals of the Area Managers and discuss the performance gaps with them.
- Maintain liaison with local administrative and relevant Police Stations in case of any emergency and fraud.
- Ensures that LO/TL/FM/AM are conducting field visits on frequent basis
- Ensures that proper record keeping is maintained at field office level i.e., loan officer diary, field manager plan, branch plan and daily targets are updated.
- Ensures proper village-wise demarcation of area among LOs.
- Ensures that staff is facilitating customers for the betterment of customer service.
- Ensures that duplicate loans are not given in the same household.
- Ensures sustainability of branches.
