Job Criteria

Intermediate degree with a minimum of 1 year working experience in social sector.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the field manager in identification of new areas for the expansion of operations of field office,
2. Identify 400 potential clients in her area keeping in view the selection criteria laid down in the manual,
3. Conduct business and social appraisals of 100% clients by visiting their business sites and houses.
4. Compile the appraisal report and give recommendations for the approval/rejection of loan based on her appraisal.
5. Compile consolidated loan request form and submit to the Field Manager.
6. Assist the Field Manager in disbursement of loans to the clients.
7. Maintain in-out register mentioning the timings and purpose for leaving office.
8. Inform the field office of the death or change of residence of any client in her portfolio.
9. Assist the training officer in organizing various trainings of clients at the field office level.
10. Spell out any capacity building requirements to improve her efficiency to the field manager.
11. Maintain discipline at the field office.
12. Discharge special responsibilities assigned by the Field Manager.
