Assistant Manager Internal Audit (Vehari)

Job Criteria

CA Inter/CAF/ACCA or MBA with 4 years’ experience

Job Responsibilities

1. Execution of branch audit of microlending.
2. Scrutiny of all the records related to micro finance program, financial and HR aspects at field, area, and regional level.
3. Verification of transactions, by checking Bank, Cash and Journal vouchers along      with supporting documents attached with vouchers.
4. Checking the recovery of Installments through Branchless Banking Agents.
5. Checking reconciliation of office recovery with Bank statement.
6. Checking physical petty cash in hand and office recovery tally with ledger      balance in MIS.
7. Verification of fixed assets and checking all administrative records
8. Ensured the achievement of detailed audit work plan by performing assignment related to this position.
9. Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational activities
10. Identify and assess business risks and evaluate systems of controls.
11. Provide audit periodic audit reports on quarterly and annual basis as to progress on audit findings.
12. Recommendations for improvement in processes and appropriate cost-effective internal control.
