Assistant Manager Information Technology (Faisalabad Region)

Job Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences with 3-5 years of experience in software support and implementation

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide active support of hardware, networking, software and DSP’s MIS to HO, Field Offices and region office of his respective region.
2. Maintenance of computers and I.T equipment’s at HO, region and field office levels and provide support to the staff in managing their day-to-day problems for efficient usage of computers and information technology.
3. Field visits to respective field offices/regions for monitoring issues resolution
4. Provide support to field staff in smooth operation of CIB and Branchless Banking related issues
5. Provide DSP’s I.T related trainings to newly hired staff of respective offices in region.
6. Work closely with HO, Region and Field offices for up-keeps of internet connectivity and arrangement of backup internet devices for all offices falling under the region and maintains inventory.
