Assistant Manager HR (Region)-Sheikhupura

Job Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in handling the affairs pertaining to personnel records, compensation and benefits and other administrative work.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Manager HR/ Regional Manager in HR related matters
2. Drafting Job advertisement for circulation, shortlisting of CV’s as per advertised criteria, to maintain regular resumes pipeline.
3. Correspondence with the candidates applying for job.
4. Scheduling test & Interview activity in Region of Area/field office as required.
5. Completing hiring files of selected candidate for offer letters.
6. Completing personnel files of staff respective of region after joining of selected candidate and forwarding to Head Office for record.
7. Identifying the various training needs of the staff and the communities through. Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
8. Conducting all employees’ orientation sessions in respective field office.
9. Field visits to maintain employee relations & meeting with staff.
10. In time submission of signed performance appraisal forms of staff of respective region.
11. Sharing attendance of regional and Area/Field offices with Head Office regularly.
12. Compiling staff data for monthly pay roll process.
